Below is a map the school used in previous years. There will be few changes this year. We will not have the indoor Cafe, but seating will be available for those who purchase food from the food trucks and or food vendors in the cafe.
IN-PERSON INFO
Exhibit ares will be open for set -up beginning at 4:00pm on Friday, December 8, 2023.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE SCHOOL PRIOR TO 4PM.
Masks will be optional.
Artists are required to man their booth for the entire show. Failure to stay for the entire show may result in you not being allowed to participate in future shows.
You will receive detailed instructions for load in and load out. The Marketplace is held inside of Clairemont Elementary school and we must be respectful of the students and facilities. Failure to follow instructions for unloading and parking may impact your ability to participate in future events.
OTHER
Decatur Holiday Marketplace is operated by a committee of parent volunteers at Clairemont Elementary School. City Schools of Decatur is not responsible for loss or damage to art or injury to anyone participating in the Marketplace. Exhibitors are responsible for their own person and property liability.
